- We send physical samples (usually within 3-10 days). You test the texture, color, hand feeling, and quality. We revise until you are 100% satisfied. (please refer to Chart.1)
- 4.Confirmation & Production
- Once the sample is approved, we finalize the specifications and start mass production with strict quality control.
- 5.Quality Inspection & Delivery
- Every batch undergoes rigorous testing in our two laboratories. We ensure consistent quality before shipment.

06.What fabrics do you offer?
Automotive faux leather is typically much more affordable than genuine leather. This makes it a more budget-friendly option for vehicle owners who want the look and feel of leather without the high price tag.
07. Payment
- 30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% T/T balance before loading.
08. Printing, Design & Color Disclaimer (Important)
Mockup Responsibility: The client is solely responsible for verifying the spelling, positioning, and size of the logo on the Digital Mockup. haifeng is not liable for any errors (typos, wrong colors) that were approved by the client in Step 3.
Color Accuracy:
✅Screen vs. Print: Colors on your computer screen (RGB) will differ from the final printed ink (CMYK/Pantone).
✅Manufacturing Tolerance: Slight variations in color shade and logo positioning (+/- 1mm) are industry standards and are not considered defects.
09.International Shipping, Customs & Duties (FOB)
- All shipments are on FOB terms. The buyer bears all shipping costs, freight, insurance, and related expenses. After receiving the balance payment, we will arrange loading and shipment immediately at Shenzhen or Guangzhou port.

- ✅If a package is returned, abandoned, or destroyed because the buyer refused to pay customs duties or failed to contact the carrier:

- 3️⃣The buyer will be liable for any return shipping fees charged to haifeng.
10.Order Abandonment
If a client pays for an order but fails to submit a logo or approve the mockup for more than 90 days, haifeng reserves the right to cancel the order. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied before refunding the balance.
11.How do you ensure quality during manufacturing?
We produce Faux Leather that meet environmental concerns with heavy metals including European Standard EN-71, RoHs, Reach, California Proposition 65, Consumer Product Safety Act, Phthalate Free and many others.
12. Will automotive faux leather fade over time?
Automotive faux leather can fade over time, especially if it is exposed to a lot of direct sunlight or harsh environmental conditions. Regular cleaning and maintenance, as well as using sunshades to protect the upholstery when the vehicle is parked, can significantly slow down the fading process. If fading does occur, it may be possible to restore some of the color using a color-matching product or by having the upholstery professionally recolored.
