1.Inquirys & Requirements
You share your product application (sofa, handbag, fitness, furniture, yacht seat), target market, and detailed requirements for texture, color, thickness, feeling, and performance.
2.Sample Development
Our engineers analyze your needs and provide professional recommendations. We then develop initial samples according to your specifications.
3.Sample Review & Feedback
We send physical samples (usually within 3-10 days). You test the texture, color, hand feeling, and quality. We revise until you are 100% satisfied. (please refer to Chart.1)
4.Confirmation & Production
Once the sample is approved, we finalize the specifications and start mass production with strict quality control.
5.Quality Inspection & Delivery
Every batch undergoes rigorous testing in our two laboratories. We ensure consistent quality before shipment.
1.Shipping Methods
Express (Samples): DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Transit time: 7-10 business days.
Air Cargo (Urgent Orders): Airport-to-Airport service. Transit time: 15-20 days.
Sea Freight (Eulk Orders): LCL (Less than Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load). Most cost-effective. Trensit time 25-45 days depending on destination.
2.Shipping Terms
All shipments are on FOB terms. The buyer bears all shipping costs, freight, insurance, and related expenses. After receiving the balance payment, we will arrange loading and shipment immediately at Shenzhen or Guangzhou port.
3.Export Packaging Standards
Palletization: All bulk shipments are palletized and shrink-wrapped for stability.
We conduct strict quality inspection before shipment. If any issues arise with the goods after arrival, both parties will resolve the matter through friendly negotiation to reach a fair solution.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually 1000 meters per color/texture (flexible and negotiable for regular customers).
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
For our long time business relationship, the frist sample making can be free. But for the next following order( including the developing ) need to charge, and will be reture back when you confirm the order.
What is the production lead time?
Sample: 7–10 days
Production: 20–35 days (depending on order quantity)
How do I pay for bulk orders?
30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% T/T balance before loading.
